OBITUARY

Date: 24 April 2017 Dear Tigrean Ethiopian Community Association (TECA DC) members and friends:

It is with very heavy hearts and devastation that the Tigrean Ethiopian Community Association, DC Metropolitan (TECA DC) Board members are writing today to let you know that Mr. GIRMAY GEBREYOHANNES, a beloved member of our community has passed away on the night of April 22, 2017. His sudden death is a very big loss to his family and our community. The TECA DC Board is kindly requesting all members of our community to:

1. Participate in comforting the family currently at ECDC, 901 S Highland St, Arlington, VA 22204. The TECA DC board will serve dinner at ECDC to all participants on Tuesday April 25, 2017.
2. Attend Church ceremony on April 25, 2017 @ 9:00 AM Mekane Hiwot Medhanealem Church, 2717 22nd Street NE, Washington DC.
3. Attend Farewell at Dulles Airport, his Funeral will be held in Ethiopia.

The community has a General Assembly Meeting in less than a week on April 30, 2017. We will discuss subsequent measures during the meeting.
